Verzehrempfehlung
Take 1 serving per day, approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Mix 1 portion (12g = 1 measuring spoon) with 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Consult a physician before use. Use only for training or competition.

Warning: R-WEILER® Focus Powder contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 150 mg/ 1 daily serving). The product should also not be used by people who are breastfeeding, by people with circulatory disorders and by people with individual intolerance to any of the ingredients. The product is not suitable for people with blood pressure disorders. Do not use together with medication, especially medication that affects the cardiovascular system. Do not take any products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g. other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). The daily dose of 400 mg caffeine from all sources and 200 mg per unit must not be exceeded. Do not take with alcohol. The product should not be taken directly before bedtime. Clumping of the product does not affect its quality. Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a temporary symptom associated with the strong influence of beta-alanine. It has no effect on health.
