Welcome to Gigas Nutrition. By using the Gigas Nutrition site, you accept the following terms and conditions. These apply to all orders that you place on our website or by telephone, fax and email. By accepting your order, a purchase contract is concluded between you and Gigas Nutrition. Gigas Nutrition is solely responsible for the advertising presence and the design of the internet presentation. The following general terms and conditions are an essential part of the internet offer and the concluded delivery contracts.

Orders and cancellation
Orders are placed in recognition of these terms and conditions. You can contact us online using the shopping cart system, in writing by post, email, fax or telephone. Orders can only be processed if your name, address, telephone number and/or email have been correctly provided. After receiving your online order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. After your order has actually been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. For orders placed by minors under the age of 18, the legal representative or legal guardian is liable for all costs incurred as part of their duty of supervision. If a supplier does not supply us with the ordered goods or does not supply them sufficiently or on time, Gigas Nutrition is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded for any products that have already been paid for.
Buying sportswear
The exchange and return of clothing items is only possible if they are unworn and in their original condition. All original labels must be on the goods.
Purchase of vouchers
The value of a voucher can only be redeemed for goods. The purchase of further vouchers or similar discount campaigns is excluded.
A cash payment of the voucher value (even in the event of a return) is excluded.
The redemption of a voucher cannot be combined with the payment method “purchase on account”.
Prices
The prices published on the website are in EURO. The prices, unless otherwise stated on the individual order pages, plus shipping costs. These vary depending on the payment method, weight and destination of the goods ordered. The shipping costs stated on the website or order confirmations are decisive in this respect. All prices stated on the website include the applicable statutory VAT. Packaging is included in the price and cannot be returned. DANGER! Delivery to desired location/drop off permit
If you grant DHL a storage permit, neither Gigas Nutrition nor DHL assumes liability. The delivery risk is therefore transferred entirely to the buyer. If the package is lost, there is no right to have it sent again.

Klarna invoice
The principle is simple: you have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products in peace at home.
Klarna installment purchase
If you have chosen flexible installment purchase with Klarna, you can pay your bill at your own pace. All orders for which you choose flexible installment purchase are collected on a clear monthly invoice. This is always sent in the middle of the month. If you are using the installment purchase payment method for the first time, we will send you the first monthly invoice in the following month.
In most cases it is possible to pay your bill in installments, provided the retailer you ordered from offers flexible installment purchasing with Klarna.

Dropshipping/Fulfillment Services
GIGAS points out that even if a fulfillment service from GIGAS is used, the (resale) sale of products to end customers constitutes a purchase contract between the DEALER and the respective end customer. The purchase price must be invoiced to the end customer and the applicable sales tax must be shown if the DEALER has to show sales tax. The DEALER undertakes to report and pay all applicable taxes and duties as well as to carry out any necessary advance sales tax returns and to observe delivery thresholds under sales tax law.

We strive to have the products offered on our website in stock for you at all times. If an item is not available, we will inform you by email. Many orders are ready for dispatch after just 24 hours after receipt of the order or after receipt of the invoice amount when paying in advance, and are then delivered. The delivery time depends primarily on the delivery company. You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If we do not have a product in stock, it will be ordered immediately from the manufacturer after prior consultation. Please note that the delivery time will then be delayed by 3-7 days. International deliveries
Depending on the country you choose to have your products delivered to, there may be fees that you must pay once the package reaches the country. You are solely responsible for these charges. These fees or duties must be paid to the customs of the respective country. Customs fees are usually based on the value of the package. The recipient of the package is responsible for any additional customs clearance fees. Before placing an order, please contact your local customs office to find out about any charges that may arise from delivery to the respective country.
Some countries impose restrictions on nutritional supplements or require a special license or similar. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so check with your local customs office for more information.

Important: We cannot reimburse delivery costs incurred as a result of customs returns. You are responsible for any additional delivery costs that may arise from returns. If you are unsure about shipping a specific item to a country, we recommend that you contact the relevant customs office before ordering the product. You can cancel the contract within 14 days and then return the goods you received. The revocation can be exercised without giving reasons and is therefore not tied to any prerequisites. The declaration of cancellation must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the delivered goods. Dietary supplements are subject to a limited right of return, as are medical supplies and food.
We only accept these goods back if they are unused and in the original sealed packaging.

The products must be returned to Gigas Nutrition at the customer's expense. All goods must be insured by the customer. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned goods by Gigas Nutrition, Order Returns. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If the goods are not insured and are lost or damaged during redelivery, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Special items (free bars, t-shirts, etc.) must also be returned if the associated item is returned. A refund cannot be guaranteed if these items are not returned.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If it happens that you have received a damaged delivery or an incorrect item from us, please write an email to our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com within 24 hours. The customer must report transport damage in writing, by email or fax no later than 24 hours after the goods arrive. He must also notify the post office of this in writing within 24 hours. Gigas Nutrition cannot otherwise grant any right to remedy.
Retention of title
The purchased item remains the property of Gigas Nutrition until the claims owed by Gigas Nutrition based on the contract have been settled.
