Complaints
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days and then return the goods received. The right of withdrawal may be exercised without giving any reason and is therefore not subject to any condition. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within a period of 14 days from receipt of the delivered goods. The deadline is only met if the written declaration of withdrawal is received by Gigas Nutrition in due time. To do so, please contact our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com
Food supplements are subject to a restricted right of return, as are medical aids and foodstuffs.
We only take these goods back unused and in sealed original packaging.
If you use or consume these goods or any part of them, you are obliged to accept them.
For legal and hygiene reasons, goods can therefore only be taken back if you have merely inspected them; that is, if you have
- not opened,
- not used,
- not consumed,
- not used up
- not altered, broken or opened the product seal
The products must be sent back to Gigas Nutrition at the customer's expense. All goods must be insured by the customer. Refunds are issued once the returned goods have been received by Gigas Nutrition, order return. Shipping costs and delivery fees cannot be refunded. If the goods are not insured and are lost or damaged during the return shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Special items (free bars, T-shirts, etc.) must also be returned if the associated item is returned. A refund cannot be guaranteed if these items are not returned as well.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Should it ever happen that you have received a damaged delivery or an incorrect item from us, please send an e-mail to our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com within 24 hours. Transport damage must be reported by the customer in writing, by e-mail, no later than 24 hours after the goods arrive. The customer must also notify the postal service of this in writing within 24 hours. Otherwise, Gigas Nutrition cannot grant any claim for remedy.
