Sclareolid-Norambrolid

This fermented sage ingredient is used as a flavor carrier in cooking.

Need in sport

Now it has a far more important effect, especially in sport. It increases the levels of a cell messenger called cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) within the body. This molecule activates enzymes and other substances to move fat out of fat cells and transport it to the active tissues that use it as fuel, such as muscle fibers. Numerous unpublished in-vitro studies have shown that sclareolide can successfully increase lipolysis (the breakdown of fat) by up to 11-24%.

Dosage

A dose of 30-40g, 1-2 times a day.
