EAA Profile with Added L-Glutamine

What makes Scitec EAA + Glutamine special is the combination of all essential amino acids with a separate glutamine component. While many EAA products deliver only the nine essential amino acids, this formula additionally contains 2000 mg of L-glutamine per serving. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and belongs to the so-called conditionally essential amino acids, which the body may not be able to produce in sufficient amounts on its own under strain.

The BCAA ratio relies on a balanced distribution with 1300 mg of L-leucine, 1500 mg of L-isoleucine and 1200 mg of L-valine. The profile is rounded out by L-histidine (50 mg), L-lysine (40 mg), L-methionine (50 mg), L-phenylalanine (50 mg) and L-threonine (50 mg).

Recommended Use

The manufacturer recommends dissolving 9 g of powder (one scoop) in 250 ml of cold water. At just 9 g per serving, the serving size is comparatively small and pleasant to drink even with little liquid. Sweetness comes from sucralose and acesulfame K, without the use of aspartame.
