Ingredients
- 30 grams vanilla whey protein powder
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon butter extract
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and the remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spray a baking tray with cooking spray.
- Spoon the dough onto the preheated baking tray in batches.
