Multiflora whitetop
Multiflorous whitetop, also known as multiflorous Solomon's seal, forest whitetop and forest Solomon's seal, as well as by its Latin name Polygonatum multiflorum, is a plant used in the production of medicine. Multiflora is used to treat disorders of the lungs, to reduce inflammatory swelling and to dry out body tissue. Some people apply multiflora whitetop directly to the skin for bruises, ulcers, boils on the fingers, hemorrhoids, reddening of the skin and water retention.
