Zinc was already known in ancient times as an effective and efficient remedy. It is an essential trace element that is also found in small quantities in our food. As your body cannot produce zinc itself from other compounds, it is dependent on an intake through food or in the form of supplements. In the human body, zinc is involved in countless vital processes and is a central building block for more than 300 enzymes. Without this trace element, many crucial bodily functions would not be possible (1,2,3,4). In addition to its important role in the functioning of the immune system(1), zinc also plays a crucial role in wound healing (4) and anti-inflammation (5).

The functions and benefits of zinc do not end there, however. In several studies, researchers have demonstrated the influence of zinc on the production of important anabolic hormones (6,7,8). Studies have also shown that zinc plays a key role in the optimal functioning of protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism (9,10). Both aspects are of central importance for muscle building and fat burning, which means that a deficiency could potentially severely restrict these processes (10). However, zinc is also used in numerous other fields. It is used in dermatology to counteract skin blemishes (11) and has already been successfully used in studies to treat depression in test subjects (12).

Zinc is therefore an important component for maintaining many normal functions of the human body. Researchers have found that the symptoms and consequences of a zinc deficiency can therefore be very different and varied. In the test subjects, they ranged from listlessness, limited ability to concentrate and reduced physical performance to many other symptoms (13,14).

In practice, Zinc Bisglycinate has proven to be the best form of zinc supplementation. The bisglycinate form has the highest bioavailability and is significantly better absorbed by the body. Gods Rage's Zinc Bisglycinate therefore provides a product that is ideally suited as a dietary supplement to counteract low zinc levels.

Important: Zinc is an essential trace element and a deficiency can have many consequences. However, an overdose can also lead to many negative effects (1,15), which is why zinc supplementation should always be taken with caution.

Nicht mit Nectar nehmen

Wer Nectar nimmt braucht keinen Zink mehr extra, die Dosierung ist sonst schlicht zu hoch, sonst ist es einwichtiger Inhaltsstoff den ich jedem empfehlen kann
