Curcumin with piperine - better absorption

Curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body. In combination with black pepper extract, absorption improves significantly. Studies, such as that by Shoba et al. (1998), show that piperine, the active ingredient in black pepper, promotes absorption. It inhibits enzymes that otherwise break down curcumin quickly. This allows the body to make better use of curcumin.

High-dose turmeric capsules - optimum dosage

Our high-dose turmeric caps ules contain 250 mg of turmeric extract per capsule, of which 237.5 mg are pure curcuminoids. The recommended intake is 1 capsule daily with a meal. As curcumin is fat-soluble, it is better absorbed together with dietary fats. The MCT oil it contains also supports this. It is advisable to take it regularly over several weeks.

Possible combinations: Curcumin can be combined well with other dietary supplements such as omega-3 fatty acids or vitamin D.

Curcuma extract - tested premium quality

Our curcuma extract comes from the turmeric root (Curcuma longa L.) and is obtained from carefully selected cultivation. Each batch is carefully produced in Germany and tested in independent laboratories for purity, active ingredient content and heavy metals.

Our capsules contain no artificial colors or additives. The shell is made of vegetable cellulose (HPMC) and is completely vegan.

Turmeric has been used in traditional nutrition for centuries - especially in Ayurvedic medicine. Today it is also widely used in modern food supplements.

Tradition & research - why curcumin has been valued for thousands of years

The turmeric root, also known as turmeric root, has been used in India and Asia for over 4000 years as a spice and in traditional applications - for example in Ayurveda teachings. Today, this traditional knowledge meets modern research: curcumin is one of the most frequently investigated plant substances and has been the subject of numerous studies. Modern extracts with 95% curcuminoids combine tradition with scientifically proven quality.
