Why is Protein on the Way an incredibly good and convenient source of protein?

Protein onthe Way is a ready-to-eat, high-quality, liquid protein source for on the go. Thanks to its high protein content and lightweight packaging in the form of a practical 300 ml tetrapack, Protein on the Way fits in any bag or glove compartment. So you can benefit from an optimal source of protein anytime and anywhere. According to our market research, there is no liquid protein product on the market to date that has a higher proportion of high-quality protein per 100 ml and per pack than our Protein on the Way. Don't be fooled by the numerous highly concentrated protein and amino acid shots that advertise a higher protein content. The list of ingredients speaks a clear language here and shows that the protein contained consists primarily of hydrolyzed collagen. This is an incomplete protein source with a biological value of less than 20, which lacks important essential amino acids and which even the generally disdained wheat protein can outshine. Of course, Protein on the Way from GN Labor atories is much more than just another practical protein product for on the go. We wouldn't be GN Laboratories if we hadn't optimized Protein on the Way in every way to deliver the best possible product that everyone can benefit from.

Protein on the Way is a quickly digestible source of protein. Similar to whey protein, it leads to a rapid and above all strong increase in amino acid levels in the blood shortly after consumption. These factors make Protein on the Way an excellent alternative to ordinary whey protein. It is also a source of protein that is perfect for use before and after training. Due to the rapid supply of amino acids, Protein on the Way can increase blood amino acid levels during training when consumed before training. This can prevent an exercise-induced catabolic state, which promotes muscle breakdown during training (1). In addition, the amino acids it contains quickly convert the catabolic state into an anabolic state that promotes muscle building after training. In addition, regeneration is also significantly accelerated, which can also have a positive effect on muscle building (2).

For a natural protein source,Protein on the Way has an incredibly high natural content of the anabolic branched-chain amino acid L-leucine. Only whey protein contains even more leucine, but this is just 10 % more. Small differences like this do not really have a significant effect in practice (3). Studies that have looked at the effect of L-leucine have shown that it stimulates protein synthesis by activating the mTOR pathway and thus significantly increases it (4). In addition, the studies also showed that L-leucine is mainly - if not exclusively - responsible for protein-induced stimulation of protein synthesis (1). These results mean that the amount of L-leucine contained in Protein on the Way can significantly accelerate muscle building by stimulating protein synthesis. A tetrapack of Protein on the Way contains what is considered a "magical" amount of about 2.5 grams of leucine. Magical because 2.5 grams of leucine was able to maximally stimulate protein synthesis in test subjects in a study and there was no greater stimulation of protein synthesis with larger quantities (5). Numerous scientific studies have also shown that this is not just gray theory. For example, studies have shown that protein contained in eggs has a more anabolic effect than the same amount of soy protein or wheat protein. However, it also causes a greater increase in lean body mass than these two protein sources (6). Another study conducted at McMaster University under the direction of Dr. Stuart Phillips showed that the consumption of just 5 grams ofegg proteinafter training significantly increased the rate of protein synthesis and accelerated recovery (7). Protein on the Way from GN Laboratories is also a source of protein during a diet that can bring many benefits. A study carried out at St. Louis University showed that Egg Protein optimally satiated the test subjects, thereby reducing their food intake throughout the day (8). At the same time, protein on the go provides large amounts of high-quality protein, which helps to counteract muscle loss during a diet or preparation for a competition (6,9,10). Another major benefit for those looking to maximize their protein intake while minimizing calories is that our Protein on the Way contains no fat or carbohydrates. Yes, that's it: 0 grams of carbohydrates and 0 grams of fat - and that with a gigantic amount of 30 grams of protein per pack. More protein per calorie than with Protein on the Way is virtually impossible!

Who is Protein on the Way particularly suitable for?

Protein on the Way is actually an excellent natural source of protein for practically every healthy and active person. However, certain groups of people can particularly benefit from Protein on the Way. For example, people who cannot consume protein sources such as whey protein or casein due to lactose intolerance or an allergy to milk protein. As Protein on the Way contains neither lactose nor milk protein, it is generally also suitable for people who belong to these groups. Other examples include dieters who are looking for a well-satiating source of protein that provides a maximum amount of protein with a minimum amount of calories. People who travel a lot and want a convenient, ready-to-eat, high-quality protein source that they can take with them wherever they go. High-intensity athletes who need a high-quality protein source for consumption before and after training to stimulate protein synthesis and recovery and anyone else who can benefit quickly from a tasty portion of protein

Optimal times for consuming Protein on the Way

Of course, Protein on the Way can be consumed at any time for an extra boost of high-quality protein. However, there are times when consuming Protein on the Way can be particularly beneficial. One of these times is before training, to supply the hard-working muscles with anabolic amino acids during training. As already discussed, this can prevent a training-induced catabolic environment that promotes muscle breakdown from the outset (9,10). Another optimal time is after training in order to transform a training-induced catabolic environment into an anabolic, muscle-building environment as quickly as possible. As described earlier in the text, this maximizes protein synthesis and muscle building and accelerates regeneration. Protein on the Way is also ideal between main meals or as a meal replacement or snack. Especially during a diet, to achieve good satiety with few calories and to optimally protect the muscles from diet-induced catabolic muscle breakdown.

The GN Laboratories quality guarantee

We use only the purest and highest quality ingredients available on the market. In order to always guarantee the highest quality of all our products, each of our products is regularly tested in the laboratory for the purity and quality of all its ingredients.

With Protein on the Way, GN Laboratories provides a quick, tasty and, above all, incredibly convenient source of protein for in-between meals. Hardly any other ready-to-eat product can convince with such a high amount of high-quality, quickly digestible protein and contains a comparably high leucine content. If you have Protein on the Way with you, diet-related muscle loss will no longer be a problem. Protein on the Way from GN Laboratories - because in the end only results count.

Sehr lecker
