For example, piperine ensures better bioavailability of the antioxidants and vitamins contained in the capsules. This is particularly beneficial when the body's nutrient stores need to be replenished after hard workouts and bodybuilding competitions. The combination of the mineral magnesium and the trace element zinc is particularly interesting for muscle building, but calcium, potassium, iron and selenium are also contained in this combination preparation. The vitamins contained in these all-in-one capsules are vitamins A (retinol), B (eight types), C (ascorbic acid), D (calciferol), E (alpha tocopherol) and K (phylloquinone).
