Joints and cartilage tissue are special parts of the musculoskeletal system for several reasons. Subjects who took Bodybalance collagen showed improved body composition in terms of muscle and fat mass after DEXA scans (3). Studies have shown that it was able to help counteract the breakdown of joint structures in the test group (5). Glucosamine is often used in conjunction with chondroitin. This is also the case with Legion Joints: the two ingredients support each other in their effect and thus reinforce each other's effect. The active ingredient matrix is rounded off with MSM, hyaluronic acid and black pepper extract. Hyaluronic acid and MSM were able to alleviate existing inflammation in various studies. They thus supported the recovery of the joints in the test group of the studies (6,7). Another active ingredient used in Legion Joints is curcumin. This is a plant-based active ingredient that has been investigated in numerous studies. Researchers have been able to prove that the regular intake of curcumin causes various mechanisms to take place in the human body that were able to reduce inflammation in test subjects in various studies (8,9,10). Black pepper extract has been shown to have a positive effect on the absorption of the individual components. This means that the active ingredients arrive where they are supposed to help (11).
