Complete EAA profile with increased BCAA content

Berserk EAA contains all 9 essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself. Many EAA products on the market only work with 8 amino acids, as histidine was wrongly classified as semi-essential for a long time. Gods Rage uses the full spectrum here. The leucine content is deliberately high at 3 g per serving, as leucine is considered by researchers to be the most important trigger for muscle protein synthesis. Together with isoleucine (1.5 g) and valine (1.5 g), this results in a BCAA content of 6 g, supplemented by lysine (1.5 g), threonine (1.1 g), phenylalanine (1 g), histidine (500 mg), tryptophan (500 mg) and methionine (400 mg).

Hydration support with coconut water powder

Even slight dehydration during training can have a noticeable effect on performance. Berserk EAA therefore relies on 500 mg coconut water powder and sea salt as a source of electrolytes. Coconut water naturally contains minerals such as potassium and sodium, which are lost through sweat. In combination with 500 ml of water, this creates an intra-workout drink that provides amino acids and electrolytes at the same time.

Recommended intake

The manufacturer recommends dissolving 15 g of powder (two level measuring spoons) in 500 ml of water and drinking during training. The small portion size of only 15 g ensures easy dosing and a pleasant drinking sensation without a heavy stomach.

Gigas Nutrition tip: If you want to expand your intra-workout setup, you can combine Berserk EAA with a cluster of dextrin. In this way, amino acids and readily available carbohydrates are absorbed at the same time. Take a look at our Cluster Dextrin from GN Laboratories.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are the Gods Rage Berserk EAA vegan?
Yes, the product is 100% vegan. Instead of artificial colorants, natural coloring foods such as beet juice powder and safflower extract are used.
How does Berserk EAA differ from a BCAA product?
BCAAs only contain 3 amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine). Berserk EAAs, on the other hand, provide all 9 essential amino acids that the body needs for muscle protein synthesis. A complete EAA product is therefore the more comprehensive choice.
Which flavor is the most popular?
The Cherry and Sour Apple Rings are among the best-selling varieties.
