Plant proteins as a source of amino acids

The amino acids come from three plant sources: Soy protein isolate, pea protein isolate and glutamine peptide. The glutamine peptide is obtained from wheat protein and supplies glutamine in peptide form. The formula also contains L-leucine in instant form, L-glutamine and L-isoleucine and L-valine as free amino acids.

A 4-tablet serving contains 2,525 mg of amino acids, an 8-tablet serving contains 5,050 mg. The exact breakdown can be found on the label.
