Donuts are one of many people's favorite pastries, and not just in the USA. But the original is very greasy and far from being a healthy food. This is now a thing of the past. Here is the fitness version, which is rich in protein.
- 160g low-fat quark
- 1 egg
- 50g Whey e.g. Donut Dough GN Laboratories
- 5g Frankys Candy Flavor Vanilla
- 100ml low-fat milk
- 10g coconut oil
- 60g spelt flour
- 5g baking powder
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients together and pour half into donut molds (6 pieces), then put 1 teaspoon of chocolate peanut butter on each muffin. Then top with the remaining batter. Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 25 minutes. After cooling, decorate with icing sugar and Franky's Protein Spread. Thanks for the recipe to "Road To Glory By Mcello".
