Frankys Bakery Sandwich-Ice

Preparation

Ice cream:

Mix 300ml of water with 2 scoops of Frankys Protein Icecream Powder and place in the freezer for 3 hours.


In the meantime:

Cookies:

  • 4 scoops of Frankys Oaty Whey
  • Xucker chocolate drops
  • 2 tbsp stewed apples
  • 5g baking powder

  1. Form 4 cookies on baking paper.
  2. Place everything in the oven at 160°C for 20-30 minutes
  3. Then leave to cool
  4. Then ice the cookie and place the other one on top
  5. Leave in the freezer for another 2 hours or overnight.
