Recipe of the week - Cream cheese/pudding protein cake - Refreshing & delicious!

For the base:

  • 30g Kelloggs special K or similar
  • 25g Xucker
  • 10g vanilla whey

Mix everything with a mixer, press into the cake tin and put in the fridge. In the meantime, make the cream.

Mix everything together and place in the fridge

Sweet Potato Cake by Inna

Sweet potato cake? Yes, you can - and it tastes fantastic!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mash the sweet potato with a fork, mix with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C fan oven for approx. 20-30 minutes. Top the warm cake with peanut butter and enjoy!

The most delicious protein apple pie ever!

IFBB athlete Mona Popp, European Champion 2016 and GN Laboratories team athlete, has kindly provided us with this delicious, protein-rich apple pie recipe. We hope you enjoy baking it!

Protein Apple Pie Ingredients:

Preparation:

Cut the apple into small pieces and mix everything together. Add apple slices and flaked almonds to decorate and then bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Christmas is just around the corner! Do you urgently need some delicious cookies, but don't want to be annoyed about your weight on the scales again after the holidays? No problem with our fitness cinnamon stars! Quick and easy to bake!

Cinnamon stars ingredients:

  • 200g almonds
  • 1 egg white
  • 8-12 drops of Candy Splash Cinnamon
  • 2-3 scoops Candy Flavor Vanilla Cinnamon
  • 2-3 teaspoons of Xucker powder


Preparation:

Mix everything together, then roll out and cut out.
Then bake in the oven at 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
Finally, decorate with icing sugar.

Dairy Whey Crêpes without sugar

The Advent season is about to begin! That means Christmas markets, mulled wine, presents, cookies and not forgetting CREPES! Bring that winter feeling into your home and make it healthier. Have fun baking!



Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix the spelt flour, oat milk, baking powder and GN 100% Dairy Whey together, add the egg and stir well. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan and heat the crêpe batter. While heating, add the Zerups and turn the crêpe after about 60 seconds. Repeat the process until the crêpe is golden brown on both sides. Garnish with fresh fruit, slivered almonds and Xucker powdered sugar. Your wintery crêpes are ready!
