Ingredients:
Instant whey protein 89% {whey protein concentrate [emulsifier: lecithins], whey protein isolate [emulsifier: Lecithins(soy)]}, flavors, L-glutamine 2.9%, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine, acidulant (citric acid), table salt, L-leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%, bromelain powder 0.04%, color (allura red AC¹).

Mix 1 portion of the product (28 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) in a mixing bottle with 250 ml of water. On training days, consume 1 serving immediately 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between two meals. On rest days, consume 1 portion in the morning and 1 portion in the evening.
