delivery time

We strive to have the products offered on our website in stock for you at all times. If an item is not available, we will inform you by email. Many orders are ready for dispatch after just 24 hours after receipt of the invoice amount with payment in advance, and are then delivered. The delivery time depends primarily on the delivery company. You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If we do not have a product in stock, it will be ordered immediately from the manufacturer after prior consultation. Please note that the delivery time will then be delayed by 3-7 days. The delivery time is extended appropriately in the event of work stoppages and circumstances for which we are not responsible, such as legal or official orders (e.g. import and export restrictions) or in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure.

International deliveries

Depending on the country you choose to have your products delivered to, there may be fees that you must pay once the package reaches the country. You are solely responsible for these charges. These fees or duties must be paid to the customs of the respective country. Customs fees are usually based on the value of the package. The recipient of the package is responsible for any additional customs clearance fees. Before placing an order, please contact your local customs office to find out about any charges that may arise from delivery to the respective country.


Some countries impose restrictions on dietary supplements and supplements or require a special license or similar. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so check with your local customs office for more information.

Important

We cannot reimburse delivery costs incurred as a result of customs returns. You are responsible for any additional delivery costs that may arise from returns. If you are unsure about shipping a specific item to a country, we recommend that you contact the relevant customs office before ordering the product. By placing an order you confirm and accept these terms and conditions.

The prices, unless otherwise stated on the individual order pages, plus shipping costs. These vary depending on the payment method, weight and destination of the goods ordered. The shipping costs stated on the website or order confirmations are decisive in this respect. Packaging is included in the price and cannot be returned. All prices and information are without guarantee and are valid until a new price list is published.

Returns and returns: for products with a value of less than € 69, the costs are borne by the customer!

Attention: Free delivery does not apply to resellers, but only to end consumers.

DANGER! Delivery to desired location/drop off permit

If you grant DHL a storage permit, neither Gigas Nutrition nor DHL assumes liability. The delivery risk is therefore transferred entirely to the buyer. If the package is lost, there is no right to have it sent again.
