Shipping policy
Delivery time
We strive to keep the products offered on our website in stock for you at all times. If an item is nevertheless unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail. Many orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours, upon receipt of the invoice amount when paying in advance, and are then shipped. The delivery time depends primarily on the delivery company. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If we do not have a product in stock, it will be ordered from the manufacturer immediately, after prior consultation. Please note that in this case the delivery time is delayed by 3-7 days. The delivery time is extended appropriately in the event of measures in the context of work stoppages and circumstances beyond our control, such as legal or official orders (e.g. import and export restrictions) or in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure.

International deliveries
Depending on the country to which you have your products delivered, fees may be levied on them which you must pay as soon as the package reaches that country. You alone are responsible for these fees. These fees or customs duties must be paid to the customs authority of the respective country. Customs fees are normally based on the value of the package. The recipient of the package is solely responsible for all additional customs clearance fees. Before placing an order, please check with your local customs office about any fees that may arise from delivery to the respective country.
Some countries impose restrictions on nutritional supplements or require a special licence or similar. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Important
We cannot refund delivery costs incurred as a result of customs returns. You are responsible for the additional delivery costs that may arise from returns. If you are unsure about shipping a particular item to a country, we recommend that you check with the responsible customs office before ordering the product. By placing your order, you confirm and accept these terms.

Our packages are shipped exclusively with DHL to all European and non-European countries.

The prices, unless stated otherwise on the individual order pages, are exclusive of shipping costs. These vary depending on the payment method, weight and destination country of the ordered goods. The shipping costs stated on the website or in the order confirmations are decisive in this respect. Packaging is included in the price and will not be taken back. All prices and details are subject to change and remain valid until a new price list is published.

Returns and return shipping: for products with a goods value below € 75,- the costs are borne by the customer!
Please note: free shipping does not apply to resellers, but only to end consumers.
ATTENTION! Delivery to a requested location / drop-off permission
If you grant DHL a drop-off permission, neither Gigas Nutrition nor DHL assumes any liability. The delivery risk is thus transferred entirely to the buyer. If the package is lost, there is no entitlement to a replacement shipment.
