Vegan formula for all diets

InLead deliberately positions this citrulline malate as a supplement that does not exclude any diet. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, the product is also suitable for athletes with intolerances or special dietary requirements. The tasteless powder can be easily stirred into shakes, smoothies or simply into water.

The amino acid L-citrulline is named after the watermelon (Latin: citrullus) from which it was originally obtained. After ingestion, the body converts it into L-arginine - an amino acid that is involved in nitric oxide metabolism. Combined with malic acid, the result is citrulline malate, the most widely used variant of this ingredient in sports nutrition.

Recommended intake

The manufacturer recommends dissolving a portion of 5 g powder (1 measuring spoon) in approx. 200 ml water and drinking shortly before training. Thanks to its neutral taste, the powder can also be easily integrated into a protein shake or smoothie.
