Ingredients:
Instant whey protein 89% {whey protein concentrate(milk) [emulsifier: lecithins(soy)], whey protein isolate(milk) [emulsifier: Lecithins(soy)]}, taurine 3.3%, flavors, L-arginine 1.7% L-glutamine 1.7%, table salt, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose)L-leucine 0.3%, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), bromelain extracted from pineapple 0.07% (1200 GDU/g), papain extracted from papaya 0.07% (1.5 FIP U/mg).

Dissolve 1 portion (30 g) daily in 250 ml of water, milk or other liquids. Preferably take it after training.

Whey Protein Professional is a so-called complete protein, as it provides the body with the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that cannot be synthesized by the body and must be taken in through food (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine). The 100% Whey Protein Professional has even more added ingredients: an "amino acid matrix" which provides extra amino acids, as well as L-leucine, L-glutamine and taurine. L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the human body.
