Zutaten:
Whey protein isolate 90% [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithins (soy)], L-glutamine 2.5%, coconut fat preparation [partially hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabilizer (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], flavourings, thickener (carrageenan, xanthan gum), emulsifier: Lecithins (soy), table salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), acidifier (citric acid), L-leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%, colorant (tartrazine1 ).

Mix 1 portion (25 g = 1 measuring spoon up to the upper mark = 2 heaped tablespoons) of the powder with 200 ml or 350 ml2 of water in the shaker bottle. (2When using the higher dilution, the ready-to-drink product is lactose-free). On training days, take 1 portion in the morning and 1 portion immediately after training. On rest days, take 1 portion in the morning and 1 portion in the afternoon.
