VITA GREENS & FRUITS is our superlative greens formula - with lots of natural ingredients, vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are essential basic nutrients that must be taken in sufficient amounts for optimum health and top athletic performance. Many people find it difficult to eat fruit and vegetables for various reasons (e.g. they don't like the taste, they don't have time, whatever!), but now help is at hand! VITA GREENS & FRUITS contains 18 different vegetables and 8 different fruits in one serving! Digestive enzymes and astragin® are also included in the formula.

VITA GREENS & FRUITS also contains a good dose of "adaptogenic" plants. Wheatgrass and spirulina help to control body weight by reducing the feeling of hunger. Rheishi mushrooms support the body's natural defenses. Barley grass protects the cells from oxidative damage.

VITA GREENS & FRUITS is characterized - among other micronutrients - by its vitamin B complex and vitamin C, as well as additional essential minerals including selenium and zinc. Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune and nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue*. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal muscle and immune system function, as well as the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus*.

Vitamin K2 supports normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.* Zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels and also normal macronutrient metabolism.* Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system: neurotransmission and muscle contraction including the heart muscle; also to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth*.
