Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 scoop of whey protein (flavor of your choice)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Nutmeg to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the waffle iron or pan.
  2. Beat the egg whites with the almond milk until you have a creamy mixture.
  3. Add the whey protein, coconut flour and nutmeg. Mix the batter until it has a creamy consistency.
  4. Carefully fold in the berries.
  5. Spray the waffle iron or pan with cooking spray.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan in four portions and flip the pancakes once as soon as bubbles form on the top. Pour the batter onto a waffle iron if you want to make waffles.
  7. Fry the pancakes until they are golden brown on both sides.
