Die Leber sollte so gut es geht dabei unterstützt werden ihre Arbeit zu leisten, wir zerstören sie als Gesellschaft leider oft mehr als dass wir ihr helfen. Supplements sind da ein interessantes Gebiet, dass dieses Verhältnis wieder bessern könnte.
