The combination relies on three ingredients that are each already well established in strength sports. Per serving (four capsules), the product delivers 2,200 mg of calcium HMB, of which 1,760 is pure leucine metabolite. Added to this are 1,160 mg of AAKG (754 L-arginine) and 1,160 tri-creatine malate. The capsule shell consists of gelatin with the coloring agent E 171.

If you already get creatine and L-arginine from other sources, you should keep an eye on your total dosage. The amount per individual substance is somewhat lower in the combination than in pure single-ingredient products.
