Ingredients:
Green Apple Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®), beta-alanine, acidifier (citric acid, malic acid), Citrus sinensis extract (WATTS'UP®) (fruit), flavoring, sweetener (sucralose, acesulfame-K), coloring (spirulina extract, saffron extract).

Consume one portion daily, consisting of 8 g (1 scoop) in 300 ml of water. Take the product either before or after training or in the morning on non-training days. Alternatively, the intake can be divided into two doses of 4 g each.

What is in Epic Strengh?

The formula of Epic Strengh is based on Creapure®-creatine monohydrate, which is produced in Germany under strict purity standards. Creatine increases physical performance during high-speed strength training as part of short-term intensive physical activity. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g creatine.

The formula is supplemented by an amino acid component, which acts as a precursor to carnosine in the body, and by WATTS'UP®, a patented citrus sinensis extract.

Recommended intake

The manufacturer recommends dissolving a portion of 8 g (1 scoop) in 300 ml of water. It can be taken before or after training, on non-training days in the morning. Alternatively, the portion can be divided into two doses of 4 g each.

No. Epic Strengh contains no caffeine and no classic booster ingredients. It is a combination supplement that is taken daily, regardless of training.

Why does my skin tingle after taking it?
The tingling sensation (paraesthesia) is a known, harmless reaction to one of the ingredients. It occurs mainly in the first few days of taking the product and subsides over time.

Can I combine Epic Strengh with a protein shake?
