Zutaten:

Mix 50 g (approx. 2 slightly heaped measuring spoons) of powder with 600 to 700 ml of water. Drink Epic Intra preferably during training. Depending on your goals and body weight, the intake can be increased to 1.5 - 2 portions.

Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. A normal homocysteine level prevents damage to the blood vessels and is an important factor in a number of other metabolic processes.
