What Makes This EAA Powder Special?

Most EAA products on the market simply contain amino acids, and that's it. No support, no synergies, no added value beyond the minimum. GN Laboratories takes a different path with this product and combines 5 functional complexes in a single formula.

The result: an amino acid blend that covers significantly more than a plain amino acid powder.

Complex Ingredients Function
BCAA 2:1:1 L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine Supply during training
EAA Complex L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan Five additional essential amino acids
EAA Support L-histidine, L-tyrosine, L-cysteine Histidine completes the nine EAAs; also contains tyrosine and cysteine.
Cell-Volumizing Taurine, L-alanine Support during training
Natural Energizers Green coffee, choline, niacin, vitamin B6 Contribution to energy metabolism

All nine essential amino acids, including histidine. According to its nutrition table, the Blueberry Cocos flavour provides 3000 mg of L-leucine and 500 mg of L-histidine per 20 g of powder, among other amino acids. Refer to the table for your chosen flavour for the full amounts.

Histidine is one of the nine essential amino acids. Tyrosine and cysteine are additional components of the formula and are not counted among these nine EAAs.

Why Does This Powder Also Contain Histidine?

L-histidine is an essential amino acid. The body cannot make enough of it, so it must be obtained through food. Classifying it as only semi-essential is not appropriate for this comparison.

Who Are Essential Amino Acids Useful For?

Muscle Building, Strength and Endurance

Anyone who wants to build muscle mass needs essential amino acids as building blocks. This powder delivers a high dose of L-leucine, the most important trigger for muscle protein synthesis. Plus taurine and L-alanine for support during training.

Whether strength or endurance, whether building or repair after training: everything in one serving instead of from three tubs.

Dieting and Calorie-Reduced Nutrition

Hardly any calories, almost no sugar and still a high protein content per serving. If you want to secure your nutrient supply during a diet without blowing your calorie budget, this is the right place.

Vegan and Vegetarian Diets

100% vegan, on a plant basis with sunflower lecithin instead of animal-derived alternatives. Plant protein sources often do not provide a complete nutrient profile, certain essential aminos are underrepresented. This EAA powder closes exactly that gap.

Use and Dosage

Mix two scoops of powder with cold water and shake briefly. You can drink it before, during or after exercise, depending on what fits your daily routine better. On non-training days, take it in the morning for your amino supply. Try your way through the flavors and find your favorite.

Quality Made in Germany

Many manufacturers advertise "lab-tested" without disclosing the results. This product is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory in Germany:

  • Tested by an independent, accredited laboratory
  • Tested for: polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)
  • Result: all limit values met

Frequently asked questions about EAA Xtreme Powder

Where can I buy EAA powder online in Germany?
With us you get your powder with fast shipping from Germany. You order directly from the store and delivery usually takes just a few working days. No shipping from abroad, no long waiting times.

What makes a good EAA powder?
A good EAA powder contains all nine essential amino acids, including histidine, dissolves without lumps and is independently laboratory-tested. Look for a high L-leucine content and a BCAA ratio of 2:1:1. Taste also plays a role, because you won't regularly take a powder that you don't like to drink. Transparent laboratory results show you whether the manufacturer really has what it says on the tin.

Is this product vegan?
Yes, this powder is 100 % vegan. GN Laboratories uses plant-based raw materials and sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier instead of animal alternatives. This makes it suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike.

How many calories does EAA powder have?
The Blueberry Cocos flavour provides 55 kcal per 20 g of powder. Water adds no calories. For other flavours or serving sizes, use the corresponding values on the pack.

What do essential amino acids EAA do for the muscles during sport?
Essential amino acids are building blocks of proteins that the body must obtain through food. EAA Xtreme contains all nine, including histidine. Whether an additional supplement is useful depends on your total protein intake and diet.
