Ingredients:
Amino acids (43% L-leucine, 21.5% L-valine, 21.5% L-isoleucine), emulsifier lecithins (from soy); acidity regulator citric acid; thickener xanthan gum; 0.02% vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), capsule (gelatine, colorant E 171).

When the compact version is suitable

With the recommended daily dose of 9 capsules, the 120 capsule can covers around 13 days. This makes the size particularly suitable for two applications: for beginners, when the amino acid supply needs to be integrated into the daily training routine, and for short application phases such as a diet or definition phase, in which the amino acid supply only lasts a few weeks.

The can also takes up much less space in your luggage than the large 300-pack. If you already know the format and are using it long-term, the larger can is cheaper per portion. If you want to remain flexible or try it out for the first time, the 120 capsule can is a good choice.

How to divide up the 9 capsules per day

Olimp recommends three portions of three capsules per day, with plenty of water. One portion before training, one after training and one before sleep is a common pattern. On rest days, the three portions can also be divided between meals.

Vitamin B6 in each capsule contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The distribution throughout the day ensures that the supply of amino acids is evenly distributed throughout the waking phase.
