Ingredients:
60% ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66) (Withania somnifera L.), bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; capsule (gelatine, colorant: E 171).

Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal, with plenty of water.
