The formula behind CBUM EAA
RAW Nutrition relies on a straightforward formulation without unnecessary extras for CBUM EAA. The focus is on the 9 essential amino acids in clearly declared individual dosages: L-leucine leads with 3 g per serving, followed by 1 g each of L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-phenylalanine, L-lysine and L-threonine. L-methionine is dosed with 500 mg, L-histidine and L-tryptophan with 300 mg each. There is also an electrolyte base of sodium chloride and disodium phosphate to support fluid balance during training.
Train like CBUM
Chris Bumstead co-founded RAW Nutrition and developed the products for his own daily training routine. CBUM EAA is designed as an intra-workout supplement: Taken during training, the free amino acids support muscular endurance and initiate the regeneration process even before the training session is over. The compact portion size keeps the caloric load to a minimum.
Recommended intake
The manufacturer recommends taking one portion daily during or after training. Dissolve the powder in sufficient water and drink throughout the training session.
Gigas Nutrition tip: CBUM EAA can be perfectly combined with a creatine supplement. If you want to expand your intra-workout setup, you will find suitable products in our creatine collection.
