Verzehrempfehlung

The optimized MAP matrix of 10g essential amino acids (EAA), which are responsible for protein formation, takes care of your muscles.

If you train hard and contract hard, you need more electrolytes! For this reason, EPIC INTRA contains magnesium in addition to potassium and calcium, which have been proven to contribute to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism. Sodium is lost first, especially during strenuous training sessions, and thus reduces performance. This is prevented by the sodium citrate contained in EPIC INTRA. L-carnitine in its highly bioavailable form as L-carnitine tartrate ensures that your cellular power plants, the mitochondria, are continuously supplied with energy from fatty acids. Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. A normal homocysteine level prevents damage to the blood vessels and is an important factor in a number of other metabolic processes.

Funktioniert tatsächlich

Nehme ich bei anstrengenden Arbeiten, die über viele Stunden gehen wie Abbruch, Renovieren, Gartenarbeit, Umzug usw. Ich bin verblüfft, wie viel Energie man hat, obwohl man eigentlich von den vergangenen Monaten total durch ist. Geschmack (Kirsche) ist ok, finde ich leicht metallisch, liegt wohl an den Mineralstoffen, passt aber. Werde ich wieder bestellen.
Abwicklung, Versand wie immer sehr flott.

Sehr solides Intra

Hier handelt es sich um ein wirklich solides Intra Workout produkt, ich mag die Energie beim Sport und dass ich länger durchalte als sonst. Sonst ist nach der hälfte manchmal echt die Luft raus.
