Complete amino acid profile with all 9 EAAs

Most EAA products on the market only contain 8 essential amino acids. The reason: A common misconception from the 1960's meant that histidine was not recognized as an essential amino acid for a long time. Big Zone has rectified this problem and the Bulletproof EAA's provide all 9 essential amino acids in a profile confirmed by external laboratory analyses. The leucine content is deliberately high at 3g per serving, as leucine is considered the most important trigger of muscle protein synthesis. Together with 1.5 g isoleucine and 1.5 g valine, this results in an increased BCAA content of 6 g in total, embedded in the complete spectrum of all essential amino acids, including threonine, lysine, phenylalanine, methionine and tryptophan.

Electrolytes for the training supply

In addition to the amino acids, the product contains coconut water powder (500 mg), pink crystal salt (500 mg), magnesium (77.6 mg / 21 % NRV) and potassium (113.6 mg). These electrolytes support hydration during intensive training sessions and can reduce the frequent drop in performance caused by dehydration.

Vegan, colorant-free and made in Germany

All amino acids in the Big Zone Bulletproof EAAs come from plant sources. The product is therefore also suitable for athletes who follow a vegan diet and want to supplement their amino acid supply in a targeted manner. No artificial colors are used. Big Zone Sportsnutrition is based in Berlin and has all its products manufactured in Germany.

Recommended intake

The manufacturer recommends dissolving 18 g of powder (2 slightly heaped measuring spoons) in 400 ml of water. Consumption is recommended during training in order to supply the muscles directly with free amino acids. For higher body weights or longer training sessions, the dosage can be increased to 27 g (1.5 portions). On non-training days, 1 to 2 portions can be taken with meals.
