Ingredients:

Current research shows that muscle cramps can have many different causes. In addition to unchangeable factors such as genetic predisposition, overload and exhaustion of the nervous system, unaccustomed exertion, dehydration, an imbalance of electrolytes, and a sodium deficiency can also contribute.

Medications such as beta-2 agonists (e.g. clenbuterol), insulin, or certain blood pressure medications are also associated with the occurrence of cramps. Many reports from bodybuilders who use these substances confirm the increased tendency to cramp.

Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions improve water absorption during physical exertion. Therefore, combining the VASOLYTES with our Cluster Dextrin may improve hydration during strength training.

The intake of sodium can prevent a deficiency of this electrolyte and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Furthermore, potassium, calcium, and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium is important for electrolyte balance, while calcium contributes to normal signal transmission between nerve cells.

In addition, the formula contains coconut water powder as a natural source of minerals. Vitamin B1 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, the reduction of tiredness, and normal red blood cell formation.

The formula is complemented by high-quality red beet extract, standardized to a ten percent content of nitrates. It also contains taurine, which many bodybuilders swear by when taking beta-2 agonists at the same time.

The VASOLYTES are rounded off by the patented ingredient Senactiv®, which consists of selected Panax notoginseng and Rosa roxburghii extracts. Senactiv® is standardized for its content of ginsenoside Rg1, which has shown various potential effects on the health, recovery, and performance of athletes in several studies.
