The DigeZyme enzyme complex—comprising alpha-amylase, protease, lactase, cellulase, and lipase—further helps break down the individual macronutrients. Protein and Amino Acids in the Shake

The protein in the shake comes from whey protein concentrate. For every 100 g of protein, there are 10.6 g of leucine, one of the essential amino acids. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
