Mix one portion of powder (100 g = 3 scoops filled to the top mark = 7 tablespoons) with 200 ml of hot or 100 ml of cold water and then leave to rest for 1-2 minutes! No matter what time of day, highly recommended in combination with your favorite fruits, nuts and other spices.
