Ingredients:
Carrier: coconut-based MCT oil; coating agent: hypromellose (HPMC); vitamin K2 MK7 all-trans (K2Vital®), cholecalciferol. Allergen information: may contain traces of gluten, lactose, tree nuts and soya.

Liquid Caps: oil filling in a vegan capsule

The Liquid Caps consist of a liquid filling with coconut-based MCT oil and a capsule shell made from hypromellose (HPMC). Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins.

When choosing between capsules and drops, the main difference is how you take them. Each capsule contains a fixed amount. With drops, the amount depends on the number of drops and the concentration of the product. GN Liquid Caps are vegan, contain no gelatine and are made in Germany.

K2Vital® MK-7: what the name means

K2Vital® is the brand name of the vitamin K2 ingredient used. MK-7 stands for menaquinone-7, a form of vitamin K2. These capsules contain its all-trans form.

Vitamin D3 is also known as cholecalciferol. IU stands for International Units. The 5,000 IU correspond to 125 µg of vitamin D3. This lets you compare the amount with products that list only micrograms.

Vitamin D and vitamin K each contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.1 Vitamin D also contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, the normal function of the immune system and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.1

Are the 5,000 IU per capsule or per day?
The 5,000 IU refer to one capsule. The recommended intake is one capsule every three days. The amounts and NRV percentages in the table therefore do not mean you should take one capsule every day.

How long does a container of 90 capsules last?
At one capsule every three days, a container provides 270 days' supply. When comparing supplements, consider how often they are taken as well as the number of capsules.

Are the capsules free from gluten and lactose?
The capsules are vegan, but may contain traces of gluten, lactose, tree nuts and soya.
