Gold Omega 3 D3+K2 Sport Edition - Olimp

Food supplement with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, enriched with vitamins D3 and K2 in capsules. High quality and concentrated oil from cold water fish, named for 65% content of omega-3 fatty acids. The product has been enriched with vitamin D (D3) of even 2000 units and with a large amount of natural vitamin K from natto, which occurs in the most assimilable and most active form1, i.e. menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2).

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA). Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal blood circulation - vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting; vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamins D and K also contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Nicht Ideal das Verhältnis

In meinen Augen nicht durchdacht, ich will ja deutlich mehr Omega 3 und Vitamin D als in der Portion drin ist, ich brauche aber nicht so viel Vitamin E daraus wie ich dann zu mir nehmen würde
