Strictly speaking, taurine is not a classic amino acid, but an aminosulfonic acid. The body produces it itself in limited quantities. In food, taurine is found almost exclusively in animal products such as meat and fish. People who eat a vegetarian or vegan diet consume significantly less taurine from their food.

Recommended intake

Take three capsules per day between meals with sufficient liquid. On training days, SCITEC Nutrition recommends one capsule before and one after training, the third between meals.
