Pure L-tryptophan formula without extras

In contrast to combination products that mix L-tryptophan with B vitamins or magnesium, Biotech USA L-tryptophan contains only the amino acid itself. This is interesting if you prefer to manage your micronutrients separately and do not want to risk double quantities.

The L-tryptophan content per capsule is 42 %. The rest is made up of filler (calcium phosphates), the gelatine capsule shell and anti-caking agents. The capsule shell is not vegan.

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid and serves the body as a starting material for the formation of serotonin and melatonin. As the body cannot produce L-tryptophan itself, it must be supplied through food or supplements.
