Carnosine formula in tablet form

Olimp's Carno Rush Mega Tabs are based on a well thought-out combination: the tablets contain both the amino acid and L-histidine hydrochloride, the two building blocks that the body needs to synthesize carnosine. Carnosine is a dipeptide that is found in high concentrations in skeletal muscles. The formula is supplemented with vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

The tablet form is rather rare on the supplement market. The advantage: no weighing, no mixing, no question of taste. The tablets can be taken anywhere without accessories, which makes them particularly practical for athletes who travel a lot.

Recommended intake

The manufacturer recommends taking 2 to 4 tablets a day before training with plenty of water. On non-training days, they can be taken with a meal.
