What distinguishes di- and tripeptides from free amino acids

During enzymatic hydrolysis, proteins are broken down into shorter building blocks. In addition to free amino acids, the Stacker 2 formula also contains di-peptides (two amino acids) and tri-peptides (three amino acids) from whey and collagen hydrolysate.

The mixture provides around 4,700 mg of essential amino acids per 10-tablet serving, including 997 mg of L-leucine and 1,835 mg of glutamine and precursors. The amino acid balance is detailed on the label.

How the 6-week dose is divided

A daily portion consists of 10 tablets, taken with plenty of liquid. The 420-tablet tin is therefore sufficient for 42 days of intake, i.e. six weeks at a time.

According to the manufacturer, the formula contains no sugar or fillers. Only magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are used in the anti-caking and anti-foaming agents.
