calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate preparation [DL-alpha- tocopheryl acetate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)], capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)], L-ascorbic acid, bulking agent (cellulose gel), D-pantothenate, calcium, zinc bisglycinate, nicotinic acid, thiamin mononitrate, ferrous fumarate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), rutin 1.2%, choline bitar trate 1.0%, retinyl acetate preparation [stabiliser (gum arabic), retinyl acetate, antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], D-biotin, manganese sulphate, sodium selenite, hesperidin (from Citrus aurantium fruit extract) 0.5%, inositol 0.4%, cyanocobalamin, cupric gluconate, cholecalciferol preparation [corn starch, thickener (gum arabic), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, tocopherol-rich extract), cholecalciferol], potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, calcium-L-methylfolate, chromium picolinate.

Take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably with a meal.

Multivitamin & Minerals

Mega Daily One Plus is our advanced multivitamin and mineral formula with 25 ingredients! It is characterized by a high dose of vitamin B complex and vitamin C, plus essential minerals including magnesium, selenium and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

It also helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise (the beneficial effect can be achieved by taking 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C)! Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal red blood cells. Folic acid supports normal amino acid synthesis.

Mega Daily One Plus provides 250% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D3! Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and immune system function and to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

Zinc supports normal fertility, reproduction and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and normal macronutrient metabolism.

Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system: neurotransmission and muscle contraction including the heart muscle and also to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, normal thyroid function and the maintenance of normal hair and nails*.
