Ingredients:
bulking agent (calcium phosphates, cellulose gel), coating [stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), chromium picolinate. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

May contain traces of milk, soya and egg proteins, nuts, peanuts and gluten.
