Verzehrempfehlung

Recommended intake: Dosage form: Capsule. Take 2 capsules per day with plenty of liquid, preferably with a meal or a glass of water. The daily dose can also be taken throughout the day - do not combine with hot drinks, as heat dissolves the HPMC shell prematurely. One pack with 200 pieces is sufficient for around 100 daily portions, i.e. around three months with a daily routine.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Direct sunlight and heat above 25 °C accelerate the oxidation of the linoleic acid content. Ideally, store in the original sealed container to minimize contact with oxygen. Store out of the reach of children.

Duration of use: Long-term use as a dietary supplement is possible. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Organic black cumin oil from Egypt · Manufactured in Germany

Black cumin is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the Mediterranean. Archaeologists found black cumin seeds in Tutankhamun's burial chamber - three millennia old. Today, Nigella sativa still grows along the Nile, in the same sunny desert climate that gave the black cumin plant to the pharaohs.

What makes Egyptian black cumin so special is the combination of three natural factors: the dry desert climate, the nutrient-rich Nile alluvial soil and the regionally adapted seed varieties. These three factors result in seeds with a denser oil profile. Egyptian origin is therefore considered a premium variety on the market; not through marketing, but through soil and climate.

The seeds from controlled organic cultivation are shipped to Germany, where GN Laboratories carries out the processing. Most Egyptian black cumin oils are also encapsulated in Egypt - not here. Seeds from Egypt, processing in Germany: two steps, two countries, one standard.

What's in this capsule

Per daily portion (2 capsules): 1,000 mg cold-pressed organic black cumin oil from controlled cultivation in Egypt - where Nigella sativa has been cultivated for over 3,000 years. Of which 500 mg linoleic acid and 15 mg thymoquinone, the plant substance that distinguishes black cumin from other edible oils.

15 mg thymoquinone per dose is three times as much as the market standard. Most black cumin capsules do not state a mg value at all. Because they do not measure it, or because it is lower. Here it is on the label.

Manufactured by GN Labs in Germany using LiCaps® technology: the oil remains protected from light and oxygen until the capsule dissolves in the stomach and the contents are released.

Vegan thanks to HPMC shell made from plant fibers. Most black cumin capsules on the market contain bovine gelatine - not here. Neutral taste thanks to the encapsulation: no burping, no pepper tang on the tongue.

Black cumin oil capsules in everyday life · Four routine profiles

Anyone who integrates black cumin oil capsules into their daily routine usually asks themselves first: at what time of day, with what meal, at what frequency? The answer depends on what you expect - a vegan sports routine, a plant-based linoleic acid supply, a tasteless form or a traceable premium sourcing. Four typical constellations in which 2 capsules in the morning make sense.

Athletes' routine: Strength training and endurance increase the need for essential fatty acids - the daily requirement for linoleic acid is 5-8 g, depending on the calorie requirement. 2 capsules provide 500 mg from a plant source, compact for the training backpack. A routine component alongside protein and carbohydrates: no powder, no shaker, can be taken between breakfast and training.

Daily dietary supplement: If you follow a plant-based diet with a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, take 2 capsules in the morning, usually with breakfast or a glass of water. Linoleic acid is often under target in everyday life: many adults do not reach the DGE reference of 2.5% of daily calories from cooking oil, nuts and seeds alone. 500 mg linoleic acid and 15 mg thymoquinone supplement the daily nutrient intake in ten seconds.

Capsule alternative if you have reservations about the taste: Pure black cumin oil tastes sharp, bitter, intense in the aftertaste - the taste takes some getting used to. The LiCaps® encapsulation avoids this completely: the oil remains sealed in until the capsule dissolves in the stomach. No resistance to swallowing at the breakfast table, no tablespoon hidden in yoghurt, no bitter aftertaste - only the stomach experiences the aroma.

Premium sourcing: If you look at the label details first when buying, check three points: Certified organic cultivation in Egypt, cold pressing below 40 °C, encapsulation by GN Labs in Germany. Three stations, three standards, complete traceability from seed to capsule.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How many capsules should I take daily?
We recommend 2 capsules per day, taken with plenty of liquid, preferably with a meal. The intake does not depend on the time of day - you can also spread the daily dose throughout the day, but do not combine it with hot drinks. A permanent intake as a dietary supplement is possible. A pack of 200 is sufficient for around 100 daily portions, approximately three months.
What is the shelf life of the product and how do I store it correctly?
The best-before date can be found on the packaging - the product can be kept for several years in its original sealed container. Storage: cool, dry and protected from light, ideally below 25 °C. Direct sunlight accelerates the oxidation of the linoleic acid content - therefore keep the can closed and protect it from heat.
What is the difference between capsules and pure black cumin oil?
Both contain the same Nigella sativa oil. Capsules offer an exact dosage (1,000 mg per daily portion), tasteless intake and easy transportation. Pure oil can be used creatively in the kitchen - e.g. in salad dressings - but has an intense pepper flavor that many people find difficult to get used to.
Can I taste black cumin when I burp?
No, not as a rule. The LiCaps® encapsulation retains the characteristic aroma of black cumin oil until it dissolves in the stomach - tasteless intake without a peppery tang on the tongue or a bitter aftertaste in the throat. The capsule only dissolves in the stomach.
How much thymoquinone is contained per capsule?
Each daily portion (2 LiCaps®) contains 15 mg thymoquinone - this corresponds to 7.5 mg per individual capsule. This amount is explicitly documented on the label; most black cumin capsules on the market do not state a mg value for thymoquinone.
Are the capsules vegan and free from additives?
Yes - the capsule shell consists of HPMC (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), a purely plant-based material. No gelatine, no animal ingredients, no magnesium stearate or other additives. The content: exclusively organic Egyptian black cumin oil from controlled cultivation.
