The Formula Behind CBUM EAA
RAW Nutrition keeps the CBUM EAA formula straightforward, with no unnecessary extras. The focus is on the 9 essential amino acids in clearly declared individual doses: L-leucine leads with 3 g per serving, followed by 1 g each of L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-phenylalanine, L-lysine, and L-threonine. L-methionine is dosed at 500 mg, L-histidine and L-tryptophan at 300 mg each. Added to this is an electrolyte base of sodium chloride and disodium phosphate that supports fluid balance during training.
Train Like CBUM
Chris Bumstead co-founded RAW Nutrition and developed the products for his own daily training. The CBUM EAA is designed as an intra-workout supplement: taken during training, the free-form amino acids support muscular endurance and start the recovery process before the workout is even over. The compact serving size keeps the caloric load minimal.
Recommended Use
The manufacturer recommends taking one serving daily during or after training. Dissolve the powder in plenty of water and sip it throughout your workout.
Gigas Nutrition tip: The CBUM EAA pairs excellently with a creatine supplement. If you want to expand your intra-workout setup, you will find suitable products in our creatine collection.
