For one serving, mix 2 scoops or 14 grams of EAA TST with 500 ml of water in a shaker or drinking bottle. Shake the EAA drink well and drink it shortly before, during and/or after training, preferably on an empty stomach. Athletes under 70 kg can usually manage with just 14 g of powder, while very heavy athletes often consume slightly more.

Athletes who train intensively, such as strength athletes, are said to have a higher need for EAAs.

The unique EAA formula of EAA TST is based on the official WHO (World Health Organization) intake recommendation for essential amino acids. As a result, EAA TST not only supplies your body with all 8 essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine and L-tryptophan), but also with L-cystine and L-histidine. The latter amino acids are part of the recommendation, although they are considered semi-essential, which means that they only become essential under certain circumstances (e.g. for regeneration or recovery processes). EAA-TST has also been enriched with the amino acid L-tyrosine, which acts as a starting point for the synthesis of all catecholamines and thyroid hormones.

Thanks to Total Solution Technology (TST), the EAAs from EAA TST reach the blood pool or extracellular cell tissue just a short time after ingestion (approx. 10 minutes). There they unfold their functionalities as building blocks of proteins that contribute to building and maintaining muscle mass.
