What is in the Olimp HMBolon NX Mega Caps?

The combination is based on three ingredients that are already individually established in weight training. The product provides 2,200 mg calcium HMB per serving (four capsules), of which 1,760 is pure leucine metabolite. There is also 1,160 mg AAKG (754 L-arginine) and 1,160 tri-creatine malate. The capsule shell consists of gelatine with the colorant E 171.

If you already obtain creatine and L-arginine from other sources, you should keep an eye on the total dosage. The amount per individual ingredient is somewhat lower in the combination than in pure individual products.
