The core of this product remains marine fish oil. Each capsule contains 1,000 mg of raw material, 65% of which is in the form of long-chain fatty acids EPA and DHA. These contribute to normal heart function, with the positive effect starting at a daily intake of 250 mg. Just one capsule clearly exceeds this threshold. The concentration is in the upper mid-range and forms a reliable basis for the daily supply.

D3 and K2 as a supplementary supplement

In addition to fish oil, each capsule contains 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 50 µg of vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7. Both vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and are often used together in modern formulations.
